Stepping into fast paced multi-functional environments, Javaune learned to effectively develop and execute standard operating procedures to improve the profitability of many of the companies she worked with. This in turn allowed her to help those companies increase their profitability and optimize purchases by creating metrics and systems to track and analyze data.

After over 20+ years of bolstering the profitability, organization, and production of other businesses, she felt it was her purpose to do the same for other businesses.
